Mazurek "day and night"

Sposób przygotowania

Pound fat, add egg, sugar and half the milk. Add flour to the masses, powder, the rest of the milk, mix. Pour the half of the dough into a greased sheet.For the second half add cocoa, mix thoroughly and pour with cocoa cake, spread smoothly. Bake in the oven too (appx. 40 min.). When cake has cooled, sprinkle it with sugar in a meal and decorate. Cut with a sharp knife into a rectangular pieces(3 X 7 cm).
